Hi! My name is Paul, and I’m the guy behind Zel Creative^®. Based in Orange County, California, I have been designing websites for about 5 years. I take pride in the work I do for my clients and offer a level of service which you don’t see too often in the web design industry. Many of my clients have been with me for years and I value long-term relationships. When it comes to design, I believe that it’s the things you don’t see that have the biggest impact.
