Here’s a Quick Q&A About The Program:

I can backup my own site, why do I need to pay you to do it?

You’re right, you can definitely backup your own site. There are plugins that make it fairly easy. You just need to make sure that the system you’re using is backing up the database in addition to applicable files such as image uploads and plugins. Then there is the task of restoring the website in the event of a disaster. Many of our clients don’t want to deal with the hassle, so we take care of everything when it comes to backup management. If you can handle this yourself, then there is no need to sign up, but if you would like us to take care of it all, then this program is for you.

What are “Core WordPress Updates”?

Fortunately, WordPress is in constant development and it is important to update WordPress whenever a new version is released. Not only are new features added, but there may also be security updates. We take care of all core WordPress updates.

Will you update my plugins?

Yes! When a new version of a plugin you’re using is released, we’ll update it for you provided it hasn’t been modified.

Will you update my theme?

Yes! Also included in all plans are regular theme updates, provided the core theme files have not been modified.

What happens if an update breaks my site?

Great question! It is possible that updating to a new version of WordPress or a plugin could break your site. If that happens, you don’t have to worry about it, because we’ll fix it. Period.

What exactly do you backup?

We backup everything necessary to restore your site in the event of a disaster. We backup the WordPress database, all plugins and settings, theme files, and your uploaded files.

If I only have one site, can I still get the Pro package?

Yes. Since the Pro package includes daily malware scanning and removal, it’s the more popular package. In addition, since it’s available for up to three websites, you can add them up front or later when you’re ready.

Where do you backup my site to?

We use Amazon Web Services S3 Storage for data backup. Data stored in Amazon S3 is secure by default. Amazon S3 supports encryption for both upload and download of data via SSL encrypted endpoints. Your data is backed up, and secured.

Will you restore my site if something happens to it?

Absolutely! No matter which plan you choose, in the event of a site hack, server malfunction, accidental human error or something happens and your site is kaput, then we’ll perform disaster recovery and restore it using the most recent backup. We’ll take care of everything!

What is “Daily Malware Scanning”?

Your website will be scanned on a daily basis for malware, viruses, spam and many other security issues. If any of these nasty things are found, we clean it for you. We use the Sucuri Web Integrity Monitor to detect unauthorized changes to your website, and in the event of a malware attack, we take all steps necessary to clean your site.

Can I really cancel whenever I want?

Yes! We use PayPal to handle your subscription payments and to cancel, you will simply log into your PayPal account, and cancel the subscription.

Can I upgrade my “Basic” or “Pro” plan?

Yes! Just let us know you want to upgrade and you’ll just pay the difference going forward.
